About us
Caring also means spending less time onwhat doesn't belong.
Okamisato started from a simple idea: if a boarding facility spends less time on paperwork, it can spend more time on the dogs.
Why Okamisato exists
Okamisato was born inside a dog boarding facility.
My partner has spent years working in the daily care of dogs. And, as happens in many boarding facilities, a significant part of the day doesn't go into caring alone — it goes into contracts, bookings, WhatsApp, calls, spreadsheets, invoices, repetitive tasks and information spread across too many places.
The idea came from a very simple question:
Why do we keep losing so much time on tasks that could be much simpler?
What started as a conversation at home ended up becoming a project.
We didn't want to create another generic management software. We wanted to build a tool born from the daily reality of a boarding facility: check-ins, check-outs, dogs, clients, tasks, incidents, contracts and billing.
Because when operations become simpler, the team can spend more time on what really matters: the dogs.

Our philosophy
Three ideas that guide everything we build.
Operational calm
Less paperwork, fewer repetitive tasks and more clarity day to day.
Real care
Every dog has routines, needs and a story that deserve attention.
Useful technology
The best tool is the one that helps without getting in the way. Fast, clear and built for work.

When work flows, care shows.
Our goal is simple: to help dog boarding facilities work with more order, less administrative burden and more time to dedicate to the dogs.
That is the reason Okamisato exists. And it will continue to be the reason behind every feature we build.
